This position will be responsible for qualification and signal integrity measuremen t of state-of-the-art board level system using NVIDIA silicon chip products. Q ualification and signal integrity measurement may include desktop PC motherboa rds, notebook motherboards, graphics cards, embedded system products, multimed ia systems, and more. Contribute system and board level engineering expertise to specification and design of the latest complex products. Successful candida te will be in a dynamic engineering environment, with the opportunity to parti cipate in a wide variety of exciting and challenging projects. Responsibilities: Qualification and signal integrity measurement for next generation PC and grap hics platforms Signal integrity/DC-DC Power solutions testing and debugging Signal integrity failure analysis Signal quality measurement and analysis of high speed busses. Signal quality measurement and analysis of analog DC/DC power designs Signal quality measurement and analysis of digital and analog display signals Requirements: You must be a current student studying BS/MSEE Experience with PC architecture Good system knowledge of Desktop PC motherboards, Notebook motherboards, Graph ics, handheld products, embedded systems. knowledge with at least 2 of the followings: Signal integrity, Switch power su pply, High speed bused such as PCI/PCI Express busses, SDRAM/DDR. Good English speaking and listening. Desirable Experiences: Experience in measuring/designing DC/DC power solution. Experience with using high speed oscilloscopes for signal quality measurement is a plus (e.g. tektronics TDS7404, DSA71254) Experience in designing experiments and evaluating results are preferred.
