岗位职责 -Execute the basic management of team resource, its tracking and documentation; -Purchase and maintain office/lab supplies; -Coordinate asset and device management; -Assist with correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc; -Act as liaison with some vendors and other groups; -Administrative tasks including schedule management and group events coordination; -Other miscellaneous work assigned by managers. 岗位要求 -Bachelor’s degree in any major, having some IT operations background would be nice; -Acumen to project management, customer service; -Ability to balance multiple individuals and projects tasks and prioritization skills -Analytic skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data in order to lead data driven decision making -Experience with contingent workers for outsourcing would be an added advantage -Communication skills both verbally and written ability in local language as well as in English -Disciplined, organized and capable to prioritize independently　请发送中英文简历至： admin@careerqihang.com（学校＋姓名＋专业＋学历+ job02158）点我快速投递更多大学生实习
